Hunting is Safe!
Many people have the perception that hunting is a dangerous sport. Through the efforts of hunter education practices, hunting has become one of the safest outdoor sports today. Look at accident reports from any outdoor sport such as football, baseball, basketball, fishing, or bicycling. The occurrences of accidents while hunting are MUCH lower than any of these sports, and are actually decreasing with the increase of educated hunters.
