New York Hunter Safety Course

Welcome to your New York State Hunter Education Course!

Remember, to successfully complete this course, you MUST do the following:

 

1. Sign up for a NYS DEC Field Day. Check the NYS DEC website to sign up for a Field Day near you! *If you are enrolled in a NYS DEC Summer Camp, you are NOT required to sign up for a Field Day*
2. Successfully complete the online New York State Hunter Education Course and all Chapter Quizzes.
3. Purchase and print your Field Day Voucher.
4. Attend the Field Day you signed up for. Remember to bring your Field Day Voucher along with a piece of valid ID.
